Vintage 2022
Grapes for our Limestone Coast Series wines are sourced from a
selection of premium vineyards within the renowned Limestone
Coast growing region. The diversity in climate and geography
makes it the perfect fruit source for the equally diverse Art Series
range.
Vineyards are carefully selected based on their suitability for
each wine’s individual personality. We look to warmer sub-regions for reds
and cooler sub-regions for the whites. The wines
are then crafted to a consistent style and quality, which is perfect
for everyday drinking or more salubrious occasions.
Background
Fruit for the Unfinished Business Pinot Noir is sourced from a
selection of premium cool climate vineyards within the
renowned Limestone Coast region.
2022 was a wonderful vintage. A mild, even ripening season
gave us fantastic yields and outstanding fruit quality. This wine is
made in a way that allows the juicy intensity of this parcel of fruit
to shine. No unfinished business here, unless you don’t mange to
finish the bottle. But we highly doubt that…
Tasting notes
Colour: Ruby red core with a pink rim.
Aroma: Floral notes of soft rose and lavender, followed by
wisps of freshly picked strawberries and bright red
fruit. A hint of spice and brambly notes add an
extra layer of complexity.
Palate: Light-medium bodied with luscious red fruits.
The juicy acidity and plush tannin make this a
highly drinkable and very moreish wine.
